Job Summary:
As a sales representative for our engineering services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, fostering relationships with existing clients, and promoting our services to key decision-makers.
You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that address their specific goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to understand the technical aspects of our services and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in collaboration with the management team.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- A suitable technical qualification.
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the engineering or technical services sector.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and articulate complex engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
- Selfmotivated, with a resultsoriented approach to achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
