Hi Credit Controllers,

1) Do you have
3+ years Credit Controller experience? (essential requirement)

2)
Have you successfully completed your relevant Degree or 3 year National Diploma? (essential requirement)

3) Are you extremely well spoken, with excellent communication and writing skills? (essential requirements)

4) Does your experience include
strong excel? (essential requirement)

5) Are you able to manage CRM system? (essential requirement)

7) Do you perform the below 6 ; (all essential)

Do you manage allocated debtors (specific accounts) of the debtor's book.

Assist with reports etc.
Actively collect payment according to payment terms.
Perform reconciliations of allocated accounts on a daily basis.
Maintain accurate and complete client information on the system.
Process payments, bank deposits and journals as required.
Deal with and responds to all related client queries.
