**Internal Sales Representative Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken individual to join our Sales team in Port Elizabeth. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing new leads, communicating with customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to build instant rapport with customers, achieve customer satisfaction, and possess strong competitive and listening skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers through outbound calls and emails.
Understand customers' needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with product and service information and updates.
Maintain a database of current and potential customers.
Upsell products and services to existing customers.
Research and qualify new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

Matric qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong telephone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
