We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Marketing & Sales Coordinator who is required to secure new business and maintain existing relationships.

Ideally this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience within a hospitality timeshare industry and have networking knowledge on marketing, sales, and rentals.

It is required form this position to work independently and be target driven.

Scope & General Purpose:

To promote the brand, image, and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts.
Required to manage all aspects of marketing, sales, and rentals, including sourcing, and securing new business, relationship management, database management, business presentations, workshops, and reports.

Requirements:

Matric minimum.
Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing would be advantageous.
Minimum 5year sales experience in Hospitality / Timeshare Industry with proven track record.
Excellent communication, customer service & organization skills.
Ability to conduct presentations and meetings both professionally and with confidence.
Valid Driver's License and own transport.
Position includes travel.
Must be available to attend functions after hours.
Dynamic selfstarter with excellent negotiation skills.
Personality profile to match relevant skills.
Proficient in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with high level of dedication.
Good negotiation skills.
