    Actuarial Analyst Position

    Rooftop Recruitment, Johannesburg Northern Suburbs

    We are seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of actuarial management, with a focus on pricing and product development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect data from various sources and assess its completeness and accuracy.
    • Perform data analysis and advise on appropriate actions to be taken.
    • Develop and implement technical pricing models using specialized software.
    • Improve existing pricing models and develop new ones.
    • Monitor prices and provide input into product development and business processes.

    We require a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science or other relevant qualifications. Previous experience in short-term insurance pricing is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic programming skills are essential.

    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and build complex analytical solutions.
