Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry.

This role is to support the Commercial Parts team and UD dealers with administration duties, reporting, pricing and promotional actions.


Responsibilities and Duties

Parts pricing maintenance

  • Parts Comparative baskets

Promotions and Incentives

  • Parts specials & campaign
  • Manage Truck Sales promotions where parts are involved.

Reporting

  • Lubricant performance vs budgets
  • Monthly parts export sales

Financial controls

  • Departmental Purchase orders

Dealer Challenge targets

  • Annual trends analysis
  • Compilation at yearend of historical dealer purchase data

Dealer communication

  • Campaigns & promotions
  • Bulletins
  • Policies and procedures

Parts availability support

  • Back order tracking and short term solutions
  • Dealer communication
