Mathoho Electrical is hiring for an experienced Site Manager in Construction/Landscaping position.Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/ NQF level
- Qualifications in Construction/Landscaping (SAQA letter attached)
- National Diploma or Degree
- Drivers' license and own vehicle essential.
- 9 years' construction and landscaping experience.
Skills and duties:
- Knowledge of building and landscaping.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Problem solver.
- Operational management. Excellent understanding of building standards and safety regulations.
- Overall responsibility and control over the site and performance of the construction teams.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
