As One of the TEAM
Our customer experience is always front of mind and is the
_Why_ behind what we do. As a store administrator you will perform all relevant administrative functions for the store.

In the absence of the store leader, team leader you may be required to oversee the effective functioning of the store and assume the role of keyholder.

Your contribution to the business will be to bring an organised and detail-orientated approach to your responsibility areas and a willingness to continually learn and collaborate with the rest of the team.


Responsibilities:


Your Strategic FOCUS AREAS
Customer Experience

  • Store atmosphere ensure a professional environment
  • Store look and feel adherence to store disciplines, marketing and visual merchandising guidelines, knowledge of store layout
Store Disciplines and Productivity

  • Keyholder opening and closing procedures
  • Merchandising accurate ticketing and effective merchandising as per support office guidelines
  • Admin timeous capturing of supplier invoices / IBT docs and accurate processing of adjustments
  • Maintenance timeous IT and maintenance ticket logging and followup
Risk Management

  • Stock effective stock control through accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries, stock counts and product expiry checks
  • Cash effective cash handling procedures and controls, assist with POS overrides, processing and reconciling refunds and petty cash, banking and cash up investigations
People Management

  • Culture ensure a performance development culture
  • Teamwork ensure store effectiveness through team effectiveness
  • HR experience and understanding of basic IR

We ASK

  • Grade 1
  • Relevant business / admin qualification
  • 4+ Years retail experience with administrative and people management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to adapt quickly to change
  • A good understanding of retail
  • Genuine interest in the Wellness brand and products
  • Understanding of the Wellness customer and brand
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
  • Own transport
