The Role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership and the marketing team to establish and refine organizational goals, with a strong focus on strategies for upselling and crossselling to existing customers.
- Oversee and enhance the sales process and funnel management to ensure smooth operations and maximum efficiency.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of CRM data and other sales tools, ensuring they are leveraged for maximum benefit.
- Provide accurate, realtime visibility into team performance to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Create, communicate, and enforce clear and attainable sales goals, fostering a culture of achievement and collaboration within the team.
- Develop and analyze sales reports and forecasts, utilizing data to drive better forecasting, planning, and performance measurement.
- Design and implement effective sales compensation models that motivate and reward team members for their contributions toward achieving business objectives.
The Sales Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring that the sales organization operates effectively and efficiently, with a clear focus on achieving strategic sales objectives.
Through careful planning, coordination, and management of sales processes and policies, this role helps drive the sales team's success and the company's growth.
Educational Background
- Matric
- Bachelor's degree in either Business, Marketing, IT or related fields.
Previous Experience
years of experience in Enterprise SaaS B2B sales.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or ITFM software market.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create detailed reports and forecasts from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and working effectively with senior management.
- Expertise in CRM software and other sales tools, with a knack for leveraging technology to improve sales processes.
- A strategic thinker with a handson approach to tackling challenges and achieving business goals.
- Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
