    Description
    **Job Title:** Claims Coordinator

    The role of the Claims Coordinator involves maintaining a comprehensive understanding of ongoing claims for our clients' Spanish-speaking clients. The position requires a deep understanding of the services provided and the various claim mechanisms available to different claimants.

    Main Responsibilities:
    1. Requesting documentation from intermediaries involved in the claims process, including clients, tax authorities worldwide, banks, processing agents, and the internal processing team.
    2. Interacting with clients and custodian banks to request documentation, arrange collection, and prepare reconciliation of received documents.
    3. Analyzing documentation to ensure compliance with specific requirements of multiple foreign tax jurisdictions.
    4. Liaising with intermediaries to follow up on document requests and build meaningful relationships with all working parties involved.
    5. Preparing reports and ad hoc analyses for clients.

    **Required Skills:*
    • Bilingualism with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Czech.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and keen analytical skills.
    • Proactive, creative, and highly motivated approach to achieving results.

    **Background and Education:**
    A completed or ongoing University degree in Accounting, Economics, or Commerce is preferred. A keen interest in the financial services industry and capital markets is essential.
