Executive Head of Marketing and Communications

We are seeking a quality-driven leader to develop integrated marketing and communication strategies that create a powerful brand, connecting with targeted communities. This role will drive enterprise-wide campaigns, activations, and experiences, while developing a positive value proposition.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the development of an Integrated Marketing and Communication (IMC) strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Conceptualize and implement innovative marketing and communication plans that engage internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with executives and participate in senior management and strategy sessions to inform business decisions.
Translate marketing strategies into immersive experiences that foster transparency and collaboration across departments.
Contribute to employee brand architecture and position messages to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand experience, events, communications, PR, and design, to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute effective internal communication strategies to reach employees across various markets.
Manage internal reputational issues and maintain a positive media profile as a key spokesperson.
Orchestrate clear and concise messaging to ensure consistent branding and reputation across all channels.
Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, sense of belonging, and retention.
Direct digital and social media platforms, channels, and content to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Monitor the employee value proposition to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
Provide input to budget planning proposals for senior leadership to inform strategic business decisions.

Requirements:

Masters or Honors degree in Marketing or Communications.
Proven track record in integrated marketing and communications at a senior level, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
