urgently_ seeking a suitably qualified and experienced
HUMAN CAPITAL OFFICER for a large, well-established concern, position based in
Pretoria, Gauteng.

Grade 12.

Valid driver's license / own reliable vehicle.

Degree / BTech (NQF 7) in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology.

5 years Human Capital Generalist experience in rendering business partnering / support to a business unit.

Knowledge of latest legislation, BCEA, EE, LRA, BBBEE, SDA employment legislation and market best practice.

Thorough understanding of human resources principles.

Hospital / healthcare environment working experience will be advantageous.

Understanding job evaluation process and grading structures.

Excellent knowledge of HC Policies and procedures.

Responsible for the health and safety of the department.
