MANAGEMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE_

Completeness & Accuracy of Creditors Weekly Analysis and follow up of Aged Analysis
Supplier Accounts reconciled monthly
Accuracy of Information as per checklist
P/C administered daily and reconciled monthly

BBBEE & YEAR-END AUDIT_

Monthly review of BBBEE Procurement schedule for the company reviewed and submitted to HR by 28th after Payroll
Audit Requirements

- _
UPLOADING OF PAYMENTS_

Uploading of daily payments
2 Day turnaround time adhered to for daily payments

- _
REPORTING / RECONS_

Monthly recons including Loan Account & Intercompany & disclosures WKD
Intercompany Invoicing
Disclosure notes submitted by
Income statement expense review by 15th (compare Last month vs Current month & check for Variances)
Petty Cash processed and updated in Cashbook for all regions by monthend.
Fixed Asset Registers/Recons
Audit Requirements
