Our organisation is looking for an experienced and passionate
Administrator to provide administrative support to the relevant business unit.


As an Administrator you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Effective administration

  • Provide ongoing information regarding relevant policies, processes and procedure
  • Conduct regular required Wholesaler invoice audits on Clicka
  • Capture projectspecific data and ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of data
  • Facilitate operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Understand the expectations of stakeholders and ensure stakeholder needs are met
  • Engage with operational team to facilitate and support achievement of excellence
  • Manage daytoday activities of operational team and communicate bottlenecks and workload impacts
  • Interacting with service departments like IT, DataOrbis, MasterData and Tshimedzwa

Effective team engagement to ensure deadlines at met ahead of due dates

  • Respond to and ensure resolution of any escalated queries or problems
  • Train new team members on internal processes and procedures
  • Monitor performance of operational team in terms of departmental objectives and customer needs
  • Assist with staff learning and development
  • Motivate, mentor and coach staff and Operational teams for outcomebased activities based on data intelligence

Effective self-management

  • Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
  • Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs

What are we looking for?
To qualify for this role, you should

  • Have 12 year's secretarial/admin experience, preferably in retail /FMCG
  • Have Grade 12/NQF level
  • Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Planning & organising skills
  • Time management
  • Attention to details


  • Computer literacy

  • MS office suite
