As the Digital Lead on all brands globally, you will be responsible for ensuring all of our digital channels and platforms are operating successfully and are aligned to business goals.

You will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital campaigns, manage a team of marketing executives, and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Reporting into the Global Head of Marketing.


Summary & Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and executing the digital strategy of the ICG umbrella brands. This position oversees all aspects of the digital operations, including website management, digital marketing, social media and implementation. Responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to drive digital innovation and achieve business objectives.

  • Track, measure and report digital marketing metrics for all activities, and assess against goals (ROI or KPI).
  • Provide end to end project management on any new digital initiatives and programs.
  • Manage the migration to and integration of all digital platforms to new Target Recruit, Sense Journeys, and new website development.
  • Manage marketing automation activities in new potential platforms.
  • Responsible for management of digital marketing budget.
  • Strategic management of all Indeed accounts platforms, facilitation of 2023/24 budget and expansion of capabilities and brand ownership, particularly for the US account.
  • Drive & manage brand redevelopment and implementation for older brands, including logos, guidelines, CI and social media playbooks by working along with the wider marketing team.
  • Direct the creation and implementation of a targeted SEO strategy for all brands.
  • Drive innovation and new products to improve our tech stack stay up to date with industry trends and share this with the team.
  • Quality assurance and testing
  • Manage social media executives as direct reports.
