    Job Title: Service Centre Administrator

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Service Centre Administrator to join our dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a high level of accuracy and integrity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional interaction
    • Meet individual targets by accurately processing transactions and administering cellular, credit and lay-by offerings
    • Manage cash ups and maintain effective self-management and teamwork skills
    • Maintain security and housekeeping standards
    • Provide reception and switchboard services

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric qualification or equivalent
    • Ability to work with money and possess strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Customer-centric approach
    • Practical experience in a financial and administration role
    • SAP experience is advantageous
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
    • Celular and credit vetting experience
    • Knowledge of relevant company policies, practices, processes and systems
    • Integrity and customer-centricity

    Desirable Qualifications & Experience

    • Wholesale and Retail Trade industry experience
