Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and guidance for the business.
• Writing contracts
• Writing Synopsis
• Meeting clients (individuals or businesses)
• Attending court hearings
• Reading witness statements
• Collating evidence and researching case studies
• Keeping up to date with changes in the law.

- preparing minutes re-file notes
- saving files
- assisting the director with all land contracts, options joint ventures
- completing legal complaints
- assisting the director where ever is needed
