CREDITORS ADMINISTRATOR - DEVON

Summary:
_The main purpose of the role is maintaining supplier information, processing of documentation for purchasing, payments and reconciliations._


_This will put you at the TOP of the


SHORTLIST:
_
Basic bookkeeping experience; knowledge of Great Plains


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring all payments are within payment terms and that all discounts and rebates are claimed.
  • Resolution of all queries relating to creditors within the agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain good relations with all suppliers.
  • Perform all necessary creditors reporting within the required time and quality standards and timetables.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Bookkeeping or related; and
  • Minimum 3 years experience in creditors management or accounts payable within FMCG or manufacturing environment;
  • Strong Excel abilities.
