    Position Title: Material Handling Equipment Technician

    Working Hours: Standard Contractual Hours

    The purpose of this position is to maintain, service, and repair material handling equipment, systems, and products on company premises in a timely and cost-effective manner, meeting customer and company requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining vehicle records.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Maintaining the quality and serviceability of material handling equipment according to specified standards and procedures.
    2. Accurate diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns; communicating repair needs to customers and supervisors.
    3. Maintaining accurate vehicle maintenance and operational data, ensuring timely updates and communication.
    4. Providing exceptional customer satisfaction through polite and professional interactions.
    5. Ensuring proper communication between self, workshop staff, and customers.
    6. Complying with OHSACT requirements on company and client premises, promoting a safe work environment.
    7. Staying updated on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
