    Compliance Manager Role

    The Compliance Manager will oversee and ensure that all Franchises within the organization are operating in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and the Franchise agreement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Regularly review and monitor Franchise operations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Conduct regular audits of Franchise operations to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans as necessary.
    • Ensure financial processes are aligned to best practice and review policies and procedures to ensure consistent compliance across all Franchises.
    • Provide training and educational resources to Franchisees and their staff on compliance-related matters.
    • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare regular reports for management on the compliance status of Franchise operations.

    Detailed Job Description

    The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Franchisees and various internal stakeholders. The Compliance Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Franchisees regarding compliance-related inquiries and provide timely guidance and support as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Accounting or Finance.
    • Advanced certification in compliance or internal audit is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role or internal audit, preferably within the franchising industry.

    Additional Tasks

    The Compliance Manager will be required to travel to visit Franchises and perform any assignments if and when requested by the Chief Financial Officer.
