Description

Fantastic opportunity for a experienced Implementation Specialist Analyst to join a hugely competent investment team. In this role you will focus on cash clearing, negotiations with banks, compliance checking, market evaluations and more. This is a great opportunity to further grow your expertise and skills in the asset management space.

Responsibilities:

Understanding and ability to price all interestbearing assets and interest bearing derivatives
Knowledge of variables needed to price assets and maintain database
Understanding and ability to manage daily cash sweeping
Manage daily cashflow forecast to sweep all portfolios
Maintain investment and withdrawals log for the day
Understanding of the Regulations (Reg28, Cisca, etc.) compliance to regulation and mandate
Monitor exposure of various accounts and calculate trades needed
Negotiate best rates with banks
Knowledge of STRATE settlement process
Assist in quant research for the Cash & Income team

Requirements:

Minimum of a completed post graduate qualification within the Finance/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business sciences, advantage to postgraduate or CFA studies
Minimum of 6 years experience in a Asset Management
Must have strong knowledge of Financial Services especially Unit Trusts
Knowledge of regulations
Strong Excel skills, Python coding skills advantageous
Selfmotivated, and a good team player
Ability to manage workflow, accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Highly organized, great time management
