Description

We are currently looking to hire a young enthusiastic individual passionate about IT and technology to fulfil a IT Support Role at our company.

We support a wide variety of customers in the SME sector, with over 20 years experience and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

- manage, maintain and prioritize your own workload and escalate issues to senior team members.

• Maintaining a neat physical server environment.
• Setup and maintain Windows desktop environments.
• Monitor and maintain server backups.
• Monitor and action Anti-Virus alerts.
• Document customer infrastructure.
• Maintain and support a VOIP environment.
• Perform basic server administrative functions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 12 years relevant experience.
• Matric Certificate.
• A+ & N+ Certification.
• MCSA (Advantageous).
• MCSE (Advantageous).
• CCNA (Advantageous).

Must have a valid SA drivers license and reliable vehicle.
