Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Trade Certificate or Equivalent (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Engineering Foreman Certificate with Law and Standards
• Post-Trade Experience: 2-3 Years
• Supervisory Experience: 3 Years
• Underground Trackless Mobile Machinery Experience: 5 Years

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in Developing an Operational Plan to Support the Trackless Fleet in Achieving Objectives.
• Liaises with Operational Management Team Regarding Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Plans.
• Ensures Compliance with Legal Requirements by Overseeing Execution of Work Practices.
• Communicates Progress Against Operational Targets and Objectives Through Regular Subordinate Updates.
• Plans and Prioritizes Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Work Requirements with the Operational Team.
• Liaises with Other Foremen to Identify and Discuss Potential Problems and Optimize Section Performance.
• Identifies Operational Priorities to Ensure Optimization of Section Performance.
• Ensures Required Job Instructions are Available to Employees.
• Establishes Procedures for Abnormal Work Requirements.
