    Deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence at the point of sale. Ensure fast and efficient customer service, manage stock and cash effectively, and maintain a high standard of housekeeping and administration.

    Job Description

    As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

    • Directing and controlling all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensuring shop assistants/cashiers are trained, competent, motivated, and directed to fulfill their duties while delivering service excellence.
    • Managing stock by enforcing security measures, cash controls, returns policies, and other administrative duties related to minimizing stock losses and maximizing security procedures.
    • Providing superior customer service as a brand ambassador, being visible and offering a friendly and professional service.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 with Maths 50% and English 50%
    • Retail/Business Management qualification (External applicants)
    • 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role, overseeing employees within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
    • Numeracy and stock management experience
