    Job Description for Store Operations Manager

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Store Operations Manager at Dis-Chem Pharmacies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, including inventory management, sales floor and receiving duties, and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of items, including goods in transit, cycle counts, and stock takes.
    • Sales Floor and Receiving: Assist with planning and implementing promotional stock displays, adhering to labeling, pricing, and layout standards.
    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints promptly and ensuring accurate manual processing of points to customer accounts.

    Requirements:

    • Qualifications: Grade 12 / Matric, minimum 5 years retail experience, and 2-3 years as a manager with a team of 8 people.
    • Skills: Basic computer skills, numerical skills, and experience with SAP, CRM, and ordering systems.
