Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a creative, deadline-driven, and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join their dynamic team

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms in a corporate environment.
Proven expertise in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop, enabling the creation of engaging visual content.
Familiarity with website management and content updates, enhancing integration between social media and the website.

Duties and responsibilities:

Develop and execute monthly social media strategies.
Create captivating and visually appealing content for the company and the dealer network.
Schedule content strategically to optimise reach and engagement.
Engage with customers on various social media platforms to build and nurture the online community.
Monitor and analyse the performance of social media posts, generating monthly reports with actionable insights.
Produce ontheground content through photos and videos for integration into social media campaigns.
Manage YouTube channel and upload video content regularly.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative social media ideas and campaigns.
Monitor Dealer network pages throughout the month.
Brief designers on graphics needed for social media assets.
Brief in digital agency if something is needed.
Keeping up with social media trends and competitor activities.
