    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Debtors/Creditors clerk to join our team at Grace your HR needs.

    As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing debtor and creditor accounts, reconciling transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong numeric skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to take their career to the next level.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with clients in a professional manner
    • Reconcile purchase orders to invoices and ensure accurate capture of daily invoices
    • Load payments onto the online banking system and verify supplier invoices
    • Respond to queries from creditors and staff regarding payments
    • Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and maintain accurate records
    • Deal with conflicts and uptight tenants in a calm and professional manner

    Requirements

    • National Diploma in Accounting or bookkeeping course
    • At least 3 years' experience as a Creditors and Debtors Clerk
    • Grade 12/Matric/NQF4
    • Excellent English reading and writing skills
    • Strong ability to work accurately and under pressure
    • Sage Evolution background
