Cutting-edge technology firm specializing in innovative solutions that integrate artificial intelligence and automation across various industries seeks a highly skilled AI and Automation Expert to lead the development and implementation of transformative solutions.

The AI and Automation Expert will design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation systems that streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ai Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute AI and automation strategies aligned with business goals.
• System Design and Development: Design and develop AI-driven automation systems, including machine learning models, robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, and intelligent systems for various applications.
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze large datasets to build predictive models and algorithms that drive automation processes.
• Process Automation: Identify and automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention.
• Ai Integration: Integrate AI technologies into existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI and automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that AI and automation systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and data security requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5yrs of experience in AI and automation, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience in managing AI and automation projects from concept to implementation, including timeline management and stakeholder communication.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing technologies and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced AI techniques such as reinforcement learning, computer vision, or generative models.
• Familiarity with industrial automation and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies.
