    Description

    Hire Resolve's esteemed client in the financial services industry is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join their team as an SAICA Trainee. As an SAICA Trainee, you will be provided with comprehensive training and practical experience in various aspects of financial accounting, auditing, and tax. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the financial services industry and gain valuable skills and knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
    • Assist with tax preparation and compliance
    • Participate in audit engagements and gain exposure to financial audits
    • Collaborate with team members to complete assignments and meet deadlines
    • Develop a solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles and practices
    • Continually update knowledge of accounting standards and regulations

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
    • Working towards or planning to pursue SAICA accreditation
    • Strong interest in pursuing a career in the financial services industry
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
    • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
