POSITION:
Graduate Intern - 12 Month Contract
DEPARTMENT:
PEPKOR OD/HR Department
PURPOSE
Provide overall administration and support to promote the success of the HR team.
JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES
Duties will include but will not be limited to assisting the HR department with:
- Administrative and HR-related tasks
- Recruitment and Selection process
- Administering and coordinating the onboarding of new employees
- Updating and maintaining all relevant HR databases for reporting purposes
- Administering and coordinating SD/EE meetings
- Industrial Relations matters where needed
- Compiling meeting packs and taking minutes where needed
- Adhoc projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or relevant qualification
- Computer Literate (MS Office. Gsuite)
- Previous experience/exposure in HR will be advantageous
- Competencies required: Working with people; Relating and Networking; Learning and Researching; Planning and Organising; Analysing; Communication; Adapting and Responding to change
