Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the entire restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and smooth daytoday operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Customer Experience: Uphold high standards of service, ensuring that patrons receive an exceptional dining experience that exceeds their expectations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation to achieve profitability targets.

  • Solid financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on staff development and team building.
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software and pointofsale systems.
  • Impeccable presentation and professionalism.
