Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the entire restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and smooth daytoday operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Customer Experience: Uphold high standards of service, ensuring that patrons receive an exceptional dining experience that exceeds their expectations.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation to achieve profitability targets.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team. Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and implement growth plans.
Quality Assurance: Maintain the quality and consistency of food, beverages, and overall presentation, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Supplier Relationships:
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the restaurant industry.
Strong track record of success in managing busy restaurant operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
Solid financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on staff development and team building.
Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in using restaurant management software and pointofsale systems.
Impeccable presentation and professionalism.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
