    HR Coordinator - Truck Solutions and Manufacturing

    Company: Our client, a dynamic and leading provider in the truck solutions and manufacturing industry, known for their commitment to excellence and innovation, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator to join their team. As an integral part of the organization, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions that are crucial to their success.

    Client Location: Our client is based in Fourways / Roodepoort, Johannesburg.

    Position Overview:

    As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of HR-related tasks, including administration, onboarding, recruitment, leave management, dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department, and you will play an essential part in supporting their workforce. Experience in the workshop, automotive, transport, or manufacturing sectors will be highly advantageous, as well as expertise in payroll management and HR processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Admin and Record-Keeping: Efficiently manage HR records, documentation, and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, helping them integrate seamlessly into the organization.
    • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and selecting the right candidates.
    • Leave Management: Administer and oversee employee leave requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to policies.
    • Dispute Resolution: Handle employee grievances and conflicts professionally, working towards effective resolutions.
    • Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and timely payments. Administer employee benefits programs.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping policies and practices up to date.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Diploma or Certification: A diploma or certification in HR or a related field is required.
    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role.
    • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in workshop, automotive, transport, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
    • Payroll Experience: Proficiency in payroll management and understanding of HR processes.
    • Knowledge of Labor Laws: Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
