Description
Duties

  • Providing coordinated leadership to technologyrelated functions in association with other academic and IT leaders.
  • Implement version control and taxonomy through proper storing and use guidelines.
  • Develop department Standard Operating Procedures that align with the project management process flow.
  • Implement and evaluate eLearning solutions in the Instructional Technology and Design Department
- using authoring tools and software including but not limited to H5P, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, and Moodle.

  • Conduct planning interventions to enhance learning through interactive and practical online learning assets.
  • Implement project management principles and manage the deliverables and quality of the departmental outputs.
Experience and Qualifications Required

  • 5 Years experience in Management managing teams
  • 3 years experience in eLearning
  • Masters degree (advanced degree strongly preferred) in educational or instructional technology or a directly related field
  • Project management skills
  • Prior experience managing a team in a highpressure environment
  • Prior experience in webbased training quality control
  • Expertise in instructional design and learning theories
  • Experience with curricula and learning outcomes
  • Experience with storyboarding/functional prototypes
  • Moodle or similar learning management system expertise
  • Expertise with Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, and H5P
