Job Description:


  • Answering questions about customer order status or make changes to orders if necessary
  • Processing customer orders by adding item numbers to the inventory system, contacting vendors to acquire items that are out of stock, and updating customer accounts with purchase details
  • Contacting customers to confirm order details and shipping information, as well as responding to customer inquiries about orders
  • Accessing and entering data into the company's computer system
  • Reviewing order details to ensure accuracies, such as pricing, quantity, description, and shipping information
  • Communicating with customers regarding order status and resolution of problems or issues
  • Maintaining records of customer orders and fulfilment activities such as shipping and invoicing
