    Job Summary: Isilumko Staffing (JHB) is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to our team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and organizing meetings.
    • Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
    • Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification with Maths as a subject.
    • Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • A vibrant personality with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
    • Sober habits and a professional demeanor.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
