    • Client Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients, focusing on delivering exceptional service.
    • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
    • CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, maintain client relationships, and generate insightful reports.
    • Sales Performance: Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

    Your Qualifications

    • Matric certificate.
    • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the airfreight industry.
    • Proven track record of business development within a multinational logistics company.
    • Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor's or Master's degree) preferred.
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to travel.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
    • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
    • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
