Maintenance Technician Learner (EE)

Job Summary

This is a 12-month internship opportunity for AIC candidates between the ages of 18 and 35 years. We are seeking individuals with prior experience in a production environment, willing to work shifts.

Main Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and service all operations equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Meet operational targets by conducting proactive work on machines and optimizing their efficiency for production.
• Respond promptly to calls and conduct regular health and safety checks.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.
• Work flexible shifts, including being on standby when required.
• Execute assigned projects and assist in training machine operators.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of relevant work experience.

Education

• A minimum of S2 or NTC4 qualification, or equivalent trade test qualification.

Key Skills

• Excellent communication and administration skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to work harmoniously with colleagues at all levels.
