    Hotel Receptionist/Reservation Specialist

    We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist/Reservation Specialist in Cape Town CBD.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional front-desk services, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
    • Manage hotel reservations, updates, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel facilities, amenities, and services.

    Requirements:

    • 2 years of experience in hotel reception or reservation roles.

    Compensation:

    R10,000 - R15,000 per month, depending on experience.
