Duties

• Counter Operations:
• Interact with fitters, boiler shop personnel, customers, suppliers, and couriers.
• Prepare delivery and goods received notes.
• International Logistics:
• Check in and receipt overseas shipments.
• Create labels for new items.
• Stock Management:
• Document and allocate stock issues.
• Perform stocktake reconciliations and variance checks.
• Manage stock receipts.
• Procurement:
• Purchase stock and non-stock items.
• Handle supplier invoices and buyout costs.
• Meet supplier deadlines and liaise with suppliers for product availability.
• Order Fulfilment:
• Pick items for various needs.
• Pack and arrange courier bookings for sales orders.
• Manage allocations, timesheets, and job tracking.
• Manufacture items into stock and update BOMs.
• Project Planning:
• Plan new installations and projects.
• Loading job estimates and meeting end-of-month deadlines.
• General Duties:
• Organize and maintain the store layout.
• Conduct stock reconciliations, monthly checks, and manage variances.

Required Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Accpac.
