Key Responsibilities:

Custom Development: Develop custom functionalities and extensions within the SAP Hybris framework to meet specific business needs.

Integration: Integrate SAP Hybris with other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP Hybris solutions to ensure reliability, usability, and security.

Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on SAP Hybris functionalities, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in SAP Hybris development, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of handson experience in SAP Hybris development, with a focus on ecommerce implementations.
• Expertise in SAP Hybris Commerce Suite, including Hybris Data Hub, Hybris Marketing, and Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C).
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE development, Spring framework, and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP integration with SAP Hybris and experience with SAP ERP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO).
• Experience with SAP Hybris Accelerators (B2B, B2C, Telco) and SAP Hybris PCM (Product Content Management).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP Hybris projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• SAP Hybris certification(s) preferred.
