Qualifications and Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MCom degree or equivalent post graduate qualification;
- 10 to 15 years relevant experience in a financial institution
- Working experience of Basel framework, models and principles
- Experience in Portfolio management and reporting, including to senior committees.
- Experience and knowledge of the endtoend credit risk management processes.
- Experience in policy formulation and implementation;
- Good understanding of quantitative models and proven trackrecord of project implementation and working with external stakeholders
