QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12. Tertiary qualification preferred
- RE5/1 Regulatory Exam
- Minimum 3 years experience within the brokerage/medical scheme/retirement fund environment
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales environment
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY
- Identify and make contact with prospective clients
- Create and execute sales plan according to agreed Targets
- Provide aftersales service to ensure new business retention
- Build a relationship with key clients
- Write quality new business aligned to sales/marketing plan
- Crossselling within existing client base
- Identify and build relationships with key partners
- Ensure SLA's are signed timeously
- Ensure data integrity on all systems
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Sound knowledge of the brokerage environment
- Sound knowledge of the Retirement Fund environment
- Sound knowledge of the Medical Scheme environment
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent knowledge of basic CRM procedures
- Computer literate with excellent understanding of Microsoft Suite
- Excellent presentation skills (Virtual and in person)
