Yard Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee the daily operations of our yard. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are organized, stock is managed, and customer needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5 staff members in maintaining a safe and well-organized yard.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and sales.
• Provide technical assistance and advice to clients on products and services.
• Manage fleet maintenance and fuel management.
• Oversee pre-pack packing and manage staff in this area.

Requirements:

• Matric certification
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good people skills
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Own transport with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Handyman technical skills
• Experience in DIY or hardware environment

Compensation:

R 12,000 - R 15,000 basic salary, depending on experience
