Education/ Skills /Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Senior certificate.
- At least 2 years' experience in technical support / administrative role.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar.
- Technical IT knowledge a benefit.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer conflict.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Web browsers recommended.
- Able to communicate with different levels of customers, all the way up to executive level.
- Diligent, trustworthy, and committed to personal growth
- Must be a team player.
Areas of responsibility:
- Offer telephonic / electronic support to consumers on variety of company products
- Give support to consumers based on FAQ sheets and technical scripts.
- Booking of CRO's (Customer repair order / Job card) and RMA's (Return merchandise Authorization)
- Open, manage and close support tickets.
- Book courier collection for faulty items.
- Good understanding of company procedures to resolve customer queries.
Remuneration details
- Basic Salary
- R7000
- Monthly KPA bonus
- R1500
