Education/ Skills /Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Senior certificate.
  • At least 2 years' experience in technical support / administrative role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar.
  • Technical IT knowledge a benefit.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer conflict.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Web browsers recommended.
  • Able to communicate with different levels of customers, all the way up to executive level.
  • Diligent, trustworthy, and committed to personal growth
  • Must be a team player.

Areas of responsibility:


  • Offer telephonic / electronic support to consumers on variety of company products
  • Give support to consumers based on FAQ sheets and technical scripts.
  • Booking of CRO's (Customer repair order / Job card) and RMA's (Return merchandise Authorization)
  • Open, manage and close support tickets.
  • Book courier collection for faulty items.
  • Good understanding of company procedures to resolve customer queries.

Remuneration details

  • Basic Salary
  • R7000


  • Monthly KPA bonus

  • R1500
