Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate the switchboard and assist with incoming calls, taking messages and transferring calls to the correct department/personnel.
- Assisting with managing schedules, appointments and meeting arrangements.
- Assist walkin vistors.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entries, filling and document preparation.
- Assisting with general office administrative tasks.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and other external parties in a courteous and helpful manner.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Currently studying towards or completed a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration / Business Management or relevant.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must not have completed an internship previously.
