Description


Your function is as support to the service department where you will handle the costing of the service and warranty job cards, create sublet orders and assist in the service department as needed.


Job description to include, but not limited to:

  • Costing of all job cards including cash, warranty, internal and accounts.
  • Ensure labour hours and codes are costed correctly on all job cards.
  • Creating and closing sublet orders.
  • Warranty claim administration, loading, costing and invoicing.
  • Management of warranty parts
  • Liaise with OEM re warranty claims ensuring dealer targets are achieved and maintained.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Matric qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Costing & Warranty Administrator in a franchise dealership
  • Computer literacy skills to include Kerridge / Automate / Evolve or other motor trade related software
  • Excellent attention to detail required together with great mathematical skills.
  • Clear criminal record
