    • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
    • Coordinate and support the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of content, paid ads, and social media initiatives.
    • Oversee and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
    • Manage social media and email marketing strategies, collaborating with the existing team to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement.
    • Support website and e-commerce management (Shopify, WordPress), working with internal teams to optimise content and performance.
    • Track, analyse, and report on key marketing KPIs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
    • Ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives, working closely with leadership to drive lead generation, brand growth, and revenue impact.
    • Liaise with external agencies and freelancers, enhancing execution and scaling marketing activities efficiently.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in hands-on marketing and team management, with a strong focus on campaign execution and optimisation.
    • Expertise in paid media and performance marketing, including experience managing high-converting ad campaigns.
    • Experience in social media and email marketing, ensuring effective audience engagement and retention.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance and derive insights for continuous improvement.
    • Proactive and hands-on approach, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    • Excellent project management and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and priorities efficiently.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
    • Ability to refine and improve marketing processes, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
    • Shopify, SEO and wordpress experience preferred.
