Purpose of Position:
To coordinate the training of the LIS system to ensure competent, efficient and professional usage of the system.
To provide Ampath staff with the necessary training resources. To present the on boarding program to new and old staff.

Requirements:
Grade 12, Registered Facilitator, Valid South African drivers licence (Code EB)

Required Experience:
Experience in a medical environment, Experience in pathology laboratory environment, Knowledge: Meditech system, Knowledge: Training procedures and processes, Knowledge of the systems and processes in the laboratory environment, Pre-lab experience, Training experience

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the area with regards to retraining of staff on specific topics, Conduct Training and Assessment functions to ensure competent employees, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Maintain the Training room to ensure effective training, Perform training related administration tasks in order to ensure sufficient recording and

storage of data.
