    We are seeking an experienced Logistics Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Insight Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily deliveries in the George and surrounding areas, ensuring schedules and bookings of all deliveries are up-to-date.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating daily deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
    • Maintaining accurate records of delivery trip sheets and invoices.
    • Conducting credit note checks on stock returns and breakages.
    • Verifying orders before trucks leave to ensure correct stock is loaded.

    This role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in transport coordination or logistics, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and IQ Retail being beneficial. Knowledge of the local area and road networks is also an advantage.
