    **Job Title:** Tender Coordinator

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tender processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare tendering documentation, review and format documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Capture and record tendering data, maintaining a clear and organized system
    • Keep track of received data and source documents, implementing document control measures as needed
    • Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered into the system
    • Contact authors of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data, making necessary corrections as required
    • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data to be entered, ensuring timely completion of tasks
    • Obtain quotations from suppliers and service providers, managing procurement processes effectively
    • Coordinate tender progress meetings, maintain attendance registers, and take minutes to document discussions and actions

     

    Requirements:

    • Mateque certificate or equivalent qualification
    • Relevant certification in administration or computer literacy, with up to 2 years' related experience
    • Proficiency in Ms. Office software applications

     

    Essential Skills:

    • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and resolve issues efficiently
    • Knowledge of tendering processes and procedures
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
